Letter from Santa
I never believed in Santa Claus. But many do, especially when they were children. I remember my brothers and sisters when we were little; they used to hang their socks on their bedrooms doors since we don’t have a chimney and a fire place. They started doing this after our mother told them of the story of Santa Claus and how he travels around the world giving gifts to children who have been nice all year in Christmas Eve.
That was Christmas time a long time ago. But it was one of the fondest moments for my brothers, sisters and for me. For one thing, during the Christmas season they became nicer to me.
Believing in Santa Claus and what he represents is an experience to children. For many, growing up believing in Santa Claus is a stage that they go through.
Belief in Santa Claus for me is a representation of a child’s innocence and the happiest years every child should have.
Looking back and reflecting on many Christmas stories I see as believing in Santa Claus involves priceless moments for children that will last for a lifetime.
